Package not Supported By This processor type

Can someone help me please, I was trying to install 3cx on windows 7 with a 32 bit processor and got the message, This installation Package is not supported by this processor type. Can someone please tell me whats going on??? All I did was reformat the drive and reinstall windows, Same version as always. I thought I did something wrong so I tried to do it again but same error message.Thanks in advance for the help..

You don't say of which version you were trying to install.

12.5 and 14 will not allow the install on windows 7 PRO. I tried to install 12.5 as well and that one says it does not support the operating system and a list of OS'es almost ALL windows based one if not all. Not sure whats going on. Please advise.. As I stated before this is the very system that 3cx was on before with the same windows 7 pro software.. Its very odd.

3CX v12 was the last 32-bit version. v12.5 and newer requires a 64-bit OS.

The second screen grab shows this... In the list of OS that 3CX cannot be installed on, there is Windows 7 x86, that 's the 32 bit version.

I will try to install a 64 BIT OS..Also is there a download link for a standalone ISO for a VM install on a 64 Bit Server? So I do not have to have Windows Installed just install the phone server itself?

No, 3CX is a programme that runs under Windows (the correct version).
