Page All returning busy signal

Not sure what happened but our page all function is not working, it rings, we hear the beep then the person attempting the page gets a busy signal and it hangs up. Any thoughts on what might be the issue here?

Have a look over the 3CX log, it should show what is happening, and may point you in the direction of a solution. If this just began, I would think that it is the result of some change in programming, or perhaps, set firmware?
