Solved Page is now a parked page

Like everyone else, my page is now a parked page. Trying to figure out how to get it back online.I never received any email of anything else to do.

As I can see, this machine was not actively used.You should have received an email with title 3CX | Meeting your active use requirements , please check spam folder also.
Due to this fact our monitoring system indicated that there is not enough activity at your PBX and it was triggered to be parked
Your machine has been stopped for more than a week without anyone asking to be restored. As you can understand now instance has been deleted.
You can reinstall your key either as a self hosted / on premise or you can upgrade your key and Add Hosted in order to restore your Hosted by 3CX installation

So I now have to pay for it, now that I am ready to actually use it?

Hi @Burtonwsjb,

That is correct. Since it was parked and deleted the only option to keep hosting is to upgrade it to a commercial key and add Hosting.

So why would I pay when I want to use the free version hosted by you? Because I had covid and got busy I could not set it up until now, and now I have to pay? Why would I do that, rather then just create a new account since your system and customer service punishes me for being busy and sick?

Hi @Burtonwsjb,

You can always run the installation on premise or as a self hosted and keep the free version.
In Hosted we were offering the 1st year of hosting for free as long as you meet the active usage requirements ( 5 calls or chat / week).
Of course you are free to create a new account and run a new installation.
Note that the free hosting period has changed, Hosted by 3CX is free for the first 2 months in new installations as mentioned in Hosted with 3CX - Explained
