Paging drops after 10 secs.

I have a premised based 3cx with a grandsream ht818. Have a port going to a bogen pcm2000-b. When paging, I enter the zone 01. It works for 10 secs then drops the call. Any ideas?

Hook up an analog phone to the HT818 and answer the call to see if it stays longer than 10 sec.

If it does, probably the Bogen device is hanging up.
