paging group not working to Viking PA-IP

i have a paging group set up that pages phones and also is set to page over speakers via VIKING PA-IP. Prior to version 20 upgrade, it was working. now it only pages over phones and not speakers. The PA-IP is registered still with the system and nothing has changed there. thoughts?
