Paging

With the new release of V18, I am wondering if there are any changes to paging users that are on softphones. We have a significant amount of users that are on softphones with not physical phones or overheard speakers close by.

Do Softphones receive paging?

Hi!

The new new Desktop App does not auto-answer the calls, however your users can continue using the 'legacy' Windows app that I presume they have been using up until now and continue having this functionality.

We are actually 3 weeks out from converting over to 3CX and so we do not have the "legacy" app.
