Solved paid config support

Hi is there any paid support where you will look at the network diagram and config 3cx correctly annd get all the features working or test and make sure everything is running as it should ? from extension creation to SIP truck settings and Network settings. to all

The Support Team at 3CX cannot do this for you as initial system configuration is not included in what the team does.

What you could do is find a 3CX reseller in your region (https://www.3cx.com/ordering/find-reseller/) that may be able to help you out with this by offering you some paid support and help you with the things you need. If you can't find an official 3CX reseller in your area, you could also call the 3CX Sales number (https://www.3cx.com/company/contact/) and maybe they could suggest something for your needs.

Of course, I mustn't neglect to say that you can always post question on our forum where either 3CX staff or any other members of the 3CX community may try helping you out.
