Paid License Release

We were setting up a new 3CX environment and eventually had to rebuild. It appears we didn't correctly retire the license from the previous URL, how do we get the license released?

If you are referring to the FQDN by "retire the license from the previous URL," the registered license owner can disconnect it from the customer portal.
Have I understood correctly, and do you need to release the FQDN?

I think so, I was working to get the error message.

"This license key is already in use and bound to another FQDN. You need to login to your Customer Portal and release this license key from its current FQDN binding. Only after the key is unbound will you be allowed to transfer your existing FQDN onto this new key."

The old system no longer exists in my account.

Do you mean you do not have access to the customer portal or email address where the license is registered to release the FQDN? If so, you can send us details so that our customer service team can check your account and assist.

I've logged into the account the license/FQDN was associated with and I don't see it under "My Systems" any longer.
