Hello,

I've got problems with the configuration of a Panasonic KX-HDV130. Outgoing calls are working fine.
But there's no chance to pickup incoming calls. The phone rings, but after fetching the call nothing happens. Using the Windows-Client for incoming calls works without problems.

It's the free remote installation for a first test. :)
We are using STUN.

Outgoing calls are still perfect, only incoming calls are a problem.

Check the 3CX Activity Log for a registration of the sets extensions. Does it show the correct public IP and a unique port for each extension number?

Seems to be okay.
I also tried the SBC today. And another Phone. A snom D315
Now I see the snom D315 in the phones list.

But when I try to assign an extension nothing happens.

I think the phone gets no information through the provisioning.
But it's impossible for me to change this URL:

Hello @Dueppy

Since you tried to provision the device using STUN the phone is now bound to the RPS server. Once the phone is restarted it should ask you for a username and password. If so input the extension number as username and the voicemail pin as password.

That's the problen: It does not ask for username and password.
It asks for an Account and the registrar/SIP-URI.
After that I see this:

A reset does not solve the problem.

Try to factory reset the phone again and let me know what you see once the phone restarts. If it does not ask for a username and password try to provision it again through the management console and do not add anything manually in the phone.
