Panasonic KX-NT321 Phones

I know these phones are not supported but would they work on the 3CX system?

No, this set would appear to be proprietary.

This model supports the following
PBX version and CODEC types:
NCP Ver.1.0 or later
TDE Ver.1.0 or later
TDA50 Ver. 4.0 or later
TDA100/200/600 Ver. 5.0 or later
CODEC: G.729A, G.711, G.722
