Hi,
We have a customer that wants a kind of panic button on their phones.
What it should do: when an employee has an aggressive customer the employee can press a BLF key on his phone. At that point a group of people will be called and the one that picks up first can listen to the other side but not speak. From the phone that initiates the call (where the aggressive customer is) there should be no dial tone when the employee presses the BLF key.
Customer had this on his old PBX and we see this functionality on other PBX's also but not in 3CX.
Is there some work-around anyone knows of? Or is it possible to create this using the Call Flow Designer?
The customer has Yealink T33 phones and is on 3CX v18 update 3 (hosted in cloud).
Thanks for any help,
