Hello;

Could anyone help me to address my Park Call issue, here is my problem.

I use my mobile phone to make an inbound call from PSTN network (analog line), it route to my Operator extension, "good", then I forward this call to an extension 123, from extension 123 I start Park Call by pressing *00 using Orbit "0", I ran to my another room but not long, the call dropped before I arrived at the room where another phone I want to use for picking up the parked call. I have configured if the call cannot picked up in 120 seconds, it will go back to original extension but not working either.

Also, I tried to use another phone which is closer to the original phone but when I hit *10123 for picking up the call parked from ext. 123, the call dropped.

I am using Yealink phone. Where can I start to do diagnostic?

Hi;
I want to give more description about what I did.

Hello;

Could anyone help me to address my Park Call issue, here is my problem.

I have two Yealink phone - VP530 (ext 122) and T40G (ext 123), I made an inbound call from the analog line, the Operator (ext 100) transfer the call to T40G phone and I was using "Transfer" button to start the Park Call, and using the steps here

T40G
  1. Press "Tran" button on soft button.
  2. Enter *00 to park the call to the Orbit 0.
  3. Press "B.Tran" button to send the call to the park slot.
VP530
  1. Pick up the handset.
  2. Enter *10123 to pick up the parked call from T40G
  3. Working fine.
However, on the other hand. When I initial the park call from VP530, it does not work.

VP530
  1. Pick up the call transfer from Operator
  2. Enter *00 and press "Tran" button.
  3. Pick up call from T40G by enter *10122
  4. call failed.
The problem is if the Park Call originated from VP530, it does not work.

Can someone give me the idea?

Sorry guys;
Finally, I made it work on VP530 by configuring one of the DSS key for "Call Park" feature.

However; the only issue now is that I configured 120 seconds for unforgotten parked call back to original extension but it does not work, it keep staying in the Park Call slot.

Shared Parking in my opinion is the way to go - which is what I think you are using now.

I configured the Park Call in Settings | Call Parking; where I put 120 seconds for return the forgotten call to original extension.
