Hi, just noticed something post upgrade to the latest production release 16.0.676
scenario
Client A has a inbound queue with multiple members all using Yealink T4x handsets
Every handset has shared parking DSS keys

There is a call parked on SP1
another call comes into the queue and rings all members
Extension 123, who is a queue member, needs to pick up the parked call while the queue call is ringing at all members including extension 123.
Previously, simply pressing the SP1 DSS key would avoid the inbound queue call and pick up the parked call.

Now, the parked call is not picked up, the queue call disappears from the yealink LCD screen for a second, then comes back and continues to ring.

Is this now a thing that we must first reject the queue call via the soft key on the yealink LCD before pressing SP1?

Hello @Matt Hood

I just tried replicating this behaviour in both V16 SP2 and V16 SP3 and it is the same for both versions. When a call is polling your device and you try to pickup a parked call the phone prompts you that there is already a parked call to that parking slot and does not pick it up.
You need to reject the call polling your device in order to be able to pickup the call and this is the right behaviour of the phone.
