Parking calls since updating to V18 Update 4 (latest version) causes SIP server to crash

Anytime any user tries to park a call the SIP server service crashes. You can hit the park extensions when a call is not on, but if you try to transfer a call (external, internal, any call) the SIP server service immediately crashes.

We are on version 18.0(Build 965) -- Linux Appliance -- Product is Professional Perpetual.

Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Same problem. Have had to request users to stop using Shared Parking.

Can you please send an email to [email protected] with this message in a screenshot, asking them to kindly pass the ticket on to 3cx technical support to check this for you?

Those having this issue should ensure that parameter DISALLOWREFERTOBUSYSP is set to 0.
