We're testing out using 3CX for audio conferences and when user's receive a link to join via a browser, they are presented with a phone receiver icon. They click on that to call into the conference and are then asked to press * to enter or # to leave and they can't do either because all they see is the phone receiver icon without a number pad presented to press anything. What are we missing?
