Pass the "Other" parameter to CRM

We link our CRM to the company directory via an ODBC connection. It works very well. However the next step for us is to launch the CRM (in this case its Tikit's Partner for Windows) via a link handler app provided by Tikit. This will work for us but from the company directory on the %Callerdisplayname% and %CallerNumber% fields are available to pass as parameters. We need the unique client code in our CRM which is stored in the "Other" field in the directory.

Is there any way around this?

No, unfortunately there is no way to get that field from the 3CX client, and pop that URL.

Ok thanks, I thought as much. I changed the fields round so the code we need is the display name and it works fine.
