Solved Password recovery fails for user extension

How do I solve the below event ID to reset the user extension's login password?
When installation is finished, password recovery email is successful, but it doesn't work now.
Firewall test is successful, can't get any 3CX notification emails.

Event ID : 50026
The following error occurred when trying to send an email with subject ‘Your 3CX account details’ to ‘[email protected]’ : Connection timed out

Does the SMTP test pass?
