Log in to the 3CX system manager, click phones, double click the phone in question and click on the phone provisioning tab. Phone web page password is the third one down, click on the three little asterisk button to the right of the field and the password will be visible.

Yes username remains admin , why the password is not working is beyond me, all of mine work.

you can always goto the provisioning folder, and open the <mac>.cfg file and you will see the password there.

on your server it will be in C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\<unique directory>

from there you will see the mac address.cfg file. you can search the file for admin and then you should see the password.

the password in the config file and provisioning file should be the same, but that does not mean the phone has it. factory reset the phone by holding down the "ok" key until asked. once done, go to the phones tab and assign to the desired extension. this should take care of it.
