Patching through incoming calls in a call queue, while in a call

I would like to know if an operator from a call queue can patch incoming calls through to other extensions, while in a call with someone else?

Not without taking the call first.

you could configure another destination when agents are busy or you can set up call pickup so other extensions can pick the calls up.
