Patton 4114 - lost tone groups etc when factory reset

Hi all,

I screwed up my config on my 4114 so I did a reset to factory defaults and then applied the config file from 3CX and now incoming calls just ring and ring, and outgoing calls can't be made.

I traced it to the fact that the UK_Default tone group isn't a part of the factory defaults, and wasn't applied by the config file, so does anyone have a working UK 4114 that they can send me a full exported config from so I can bring mine back to life please??

Also, a note to 3CX - would this be possible to have some FULL configs created by 3CX? so that in future all anyone needs to do is factory default the unit and then apply your config file? - I hate to think what would have happened if i'd been stuck in a computer room and had to perform this, and got what's essentially a dead 4114 as a result!!
