Patton SmartLink ATA - M-ATA-1A

Just want it to function as an FXS gateway.
Manual configuration of the smartlink.
Successfully registered device as an extension. I can make calls to the device phone from other extensions, but I cannot call out - local extensions or to PSTN.
I just get a busy signal after a few seconds.
I think the problem is the dialing plan....maybe not.

Is your FXS gateway on the same subnet as your PBX?
