Configuring -Patton SmartNode Multi-port ISDN IAD SN4639/5BIS with 3cx local windows server

i made many tries but the device gose down and i have to rest it from the ssh


please tell me what should i do and what should i choose when i'm adding it in 3cx

This model is not on the 3CX "supported" list so the template may not work: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/ this is the closest thing you can find to a guide however: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/smartnode-isdn/ I would follow this through closely.

You must elaborate however on what you mean by "the device goes down" technically what happens ?
