I recently got this device, set it up and successfully loaded the 3CX configuration. Everything seems to be fine. Audio, outgoing and incoming calls are working without problems.
This device has got two lines but we are only using one cause we obviously have just one ISDN2e line. (2 channels). The issue is that the device can only handle one simultaneous call and not two as it should do.
I have reviewed the settings on the 3CX PSTN lines and is setup for two calls at the same time. I have also checked the BRI ports configuration on the Patton and they are also setup for 2 simultaneous calls.
Am I missing or doing something wrong? Does anyone know what the problem is?
