TIA for any help with this, I'm out of ideas! We are trialling 3CX to replace an ageing Siemens PBX, once we can get past this stage we'll buy a full license, possibly from a helpful reseller...
I'm using the trial version of v10 with latest service packs. Have two SPA504G phones that will talk to each other happily.
I've configured the Patton gateway through the Wizard built-in to 3CX, and applied the configuration file to it.
The Patton Hardware version is 4.1, Firmware R5.6 2010-07-15
When I check Ports/Trunks Status, both of the ISDN trunks are showing as Not Registered. When I check the web console of the Patton, under SIP>Status is shows as not active. Q1. Should these be always Registered?
If I make a call to the main number from a mobile, whilst Telnet'd into the Patton and running a debug per http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/patton-isdn-debugging/ then I see information appearing, such as the mobile phone number so the call is getting as far as the Patton box. I've included this output at the bottom (some tel no's changed) which may help?
There are no inbound rules setup, I am presuming these are not necessary unless you want to use DDI's and route to specific extensions. The Gateway ports are both configured to go to a single extension that is valid.
Server Activity log if I try to make an outbound call:
16:48:58.392 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Not available
16:48:58.392 [CM503016]: Call(7): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]> failed. Reason: Temporarily Unavailable

16:48:58.390 [CM303003]: There are no available outbound lines on gateway Patton at this time.
16:48:58.388 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]>

16:48:58.384 [CM503001]: Call(7): Incoming call from Ext.40 to <sip:[email protected]>
I'd be very grateful for any pointers on where to start with this!
Mark.
