Patton SN4924 FXS template

I would like to provision SN4924 to be used as my analog gateway please help if anyone has a guide and or template to share.....

Patton support is very good, I recommend contacting them

Login to 3cx, go to Advanced then fxs/dect, select patton 4 port fxs, put all additiinal info, IP, mask, lirt, country, extension (4 extensions max).
After that you will see link, download that config, that config is for patton 4 fxs up to 32 (it says that inside that config file).
Inside that cinfig you will need add other extensions, but now you have a template, just use example from first 4 extensions of that config.

If pattin is nit in the same network as 3cx you will need to add default gateway (google search how to add patton default gateway CLI).

Patton has created new 8-32 FXS port templates that are available to download and install into your 3CX Phone System. Just a few simple steps and you will be configuring your SmartNode IPChannelBank devices in no time at all.

Supported Products:

SN4300 (up to 32 FXS ports)
SN4400 (up to 32 FXS ports)
SN4900 (up to 32 FXS ports)

Instructions to load IPChannelBank Templates into 3CX (WINDOWS)

1. Download the SmartWare_SN_FXS.zip file attached to this article.
2. Extract the contents of the zip file into the ‘Downloads’ folder on your Windows machine.
3. Once there, execute the .bat file
   • 3CX_FXS_Template_Move.bat

The template files are now added to the following Windows directories for your 3CX Phone System:

C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Templates\fxs


Instructions to load IPChannelBank Templates into 3CX (LINUX)
The FXS templates are stored in the following directory:

/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Templates/fxs/

To add these new templates, copy and paste the following into the CLI of your Linux machine.

cd /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Templates/fxs/

wget https://patton.com/files/support/3cx-templates/SmartWare_SN_FXS.zip

unzip SmartWare_SN_FXS.zip
