Solved Patton SN5501 as trunk

Hi.
We're migrating a customer with a previous pbx to 3CX. Their phone line is provided via a Patton SN5501 which we cannot manage directly, but we can ask for custom configuration.
I see this specific device is not among the 3CX supported ones, so I was wondering if it's better to add it as a Generic Gateway, a similar Patton or as a normal trunk.

Hi @yetopen

Its better to ask this question directly at Patton support. If the device is similar enough to something supported then perhaps the same config might work but by looking at the product page I don't think so. Especially since it looks like that the device is an SBC and not a gateway. You may need to go use the generic setup for this.
