All our phones in the sales department are set up the same and auto record all calls. They press the record button to pause the recording when getting cc info. 1 phone however just wont pause. It works fine on internal calls between extensions and if they ring out they can pause the recording, it just wont let them pause the recording during an internal call.
Any ideas?
