I am currently running 3CX Ver. 16.6. My SIP trunk is registered with Fusion. I am trying to get our Paxton Entry Call Box to communicate with 3CX. The Panel is registered with a green check. After inputting the extensions in the Paxton Address Book, when I press on an extension it just rings and rings. The scenario is this:
The gate call box is the entry point for the residents at the apartment. They pull up and call the residents from the call box and the residents cell phone is suppose to ring. The resident then presses 1 to let them in.
I believe its an authenication error from the Paxton Panel 192.168.1.105 through the 3CX server (local) 192.168.1.5 to our Fusion SIP trunk 216.x.x.x

Call or Registration to 100@(Ln.10000@FUSION CONNECT (Register)) has failed. 216.x.x.x replied: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:216.x.x.x:5060
SIP Server ID: 1xxxx 01/27/2021 3:15:19 PM

So you don't get authentication errors 'through' the PBX. Device registers to the PBX, PBX registers to the provider. It's unclear from your explanation if the Entry box is correctly registered with 3CX but assuming it is since you said you programmed extension numbers then, based on the error message, you should be contacting Fusion to see why they are rejecting your calls. It's also unclear why you even have 3CX in the mix. If the entry box is calling external numbers, why not register it directly and have actual phone numbers entered in the directory? I don't see how 3CX is helping in any way here.

With the Paxton Entry Configuration Utility you can only register the panel and add extensions in the Address Book.

Hi @RazorATX

The error you posted shows that Fusion is replying with 503 service unavailable. I would recommend asking Fusion why you are seeing this. If you are sending something wrong they should be able to tell you what it is.
Also i would recommend going for a support device from our supported devices list.
