Hi,
I just installed a brand new Version 20.0 Update 4 (Build 487 Release).

Steps:
1) Select the user, configure IP phone - select Yealink T31P from the list, enter the mac-address then select "Local LAN / VPN"
2) Power up the Yealink T31P and connect to the internet

Then this "PBX: blocked for too many failed authentications; User-Agent: Yealink SIP-T31P 124" is on the Advanced>IP Blacklist
The phone has been configured with the setting from 3CX with "No Service" on the phone.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Pls help.
Thanks

What is the Local IP in this network? Is it a supported RFC1918 network?

Hi Alejandro,

The phone is connected to a LTE internet router, IP subnet 192.168.1.0/24
The PBX has public Internet IP.

As mentioned before, the phone is configured with the settings from the PBX but with failed auths as per error.
Any reason why?

Thanks

If the set is on the local network (192.168.1.x), then I would whitelist it, unless you have some security reason not to.
Does the Activity Log give any additional information about why the set has been blacklisted?

Then clearly it is not a local phone and should not have been configured as such.

You need an SBC, or replace the phone with a model that has built in router functionality if it's a single device on remote location.

Double check firmware.

hi all,
found the fix

Under the Options > Options
unselect Block . . . and select PBX . . .
