We have tried to use url for PBX Express configuration and stuck on step4.
https://pbxexpress.3cx.com/?licensekey=XXX
In more details, we selected region eu-west-1 and key pair. We got error
"Machine type No machine types available for your account in the selected region. Try another region or open cloud provider portal and check that you can create machines in the selected region."
A.
We tested above, with win 10 pro english :
- browsers latest firefox v75, chrome v80 (same issue)
- added Full admin rights to IAM user(same issue)
B.
We noticed that we are only allowed to select region on level of eu-west-1, eu-west-2 etc
but there are also availability zones in every region. Example for eu-west-1, we have options to
select availability zones(through amazon console)
eu-west-1a
eu-west-1b
eu-west-1c
But in PBX Express only high level region option is available, i.e.eu-west-1
Kindly note, that we already have VMs running on all availability zones of eu-west-1 (eu-west-1a, eu-west-1b, eu-west-1c),
so there should be no issue of initializing settings, within amazon aws.
At this stage, we will launch instance from AWS Marketplace, but would be great to have your feedback on above.
