After discovering 3CX I have started converting my clients from other systems. No problems at all, no support needed with all the online info. Absolutely brilliant system!

Until 30 Aug, guessing this is the SP6 release update.

One of my larger med clients won't update. Every day it tries and fails. The others are fine. Any ideas?

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
Rollback to 15.5.13103.5...

Really the only thing that has an affect on updates are whether you have direct internet access, or you have valid maintenance.

Using Linux adds a different perspective to Windows however. Have you simply tried logging into the Linux console and running manually "sudo dpkg --configure -a" as the error asks ?

Then try your update again.

Hello @Thinkinspire and thank you for the kind review.

Are you trying to update the PBX through the management console or through SSH? Also is this a Debian 8 or Debian 9 system?

Thanks Yiannis, I'm updating through the management console. Debian 8 or Debian 9 system - it's hosted on Google (VM Instance) - have tried resetting the instance.

My knowledge of Linux is limited, but thinking I need to learn more very quickly. I was going to try the SSH command on the weekend to manually update when the phones aren't being used.

SSH worked. Too easy. Now updated to SP6. It's a Debian 9 system according to the image info.

Glad to see the issue the upgrade worked and the issue has been resolved.
