Realm is part of the input for authentication, used for digest authentication. 3CXPhoneSystem is the realm that needs to be used by the SIP client to authenticate. The client should probably be able to work that out, based on the inital response when it first tries to register, but may not be able to. Nokia's with the standard Nokia SIP client need this specified.SSwart said:Could you explain a little bit more? Realm is that an IP (or hostname).
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
