Solved "People's" names displaying weirdly in Desktop App.

Hello! All the "people" in my organization show with their last name first. It is actually quite annoying.
So, "John Smith" shows as "Smith John" with the [incorrect] initials (SJ).
Why doesn't John Smith instead show as John Smith with the initials (JS)?

Or, if "John Smith" shows as "Smith John" with the initials (SJ), it should show as "Smith, John" [note the apostrophe]. The initials are of course still incorrect!

Where is this setup? In the "USERS" panel all users are correctly put in as First name Last name.

If you go to your management console>> advanced >> contacts and hit the options button you can choose first name, last name for phone book display.
