permanent audio conference room

Hello

my client has the need for permanent audio conference room, is it possible to create permanent conference room, one without time limit?

the unseal conference call that can be created is short lived and not answering my client needs.

is it possible to create assign designated SIP number for designated conference calls ?

Others have posted before that if you create a web conference way in the future it will exist until then.

Is this for external callers? For internal it might be quickly done by having both dial the same shared parking number, e.g. SP9.
