Personal Contacts: Can add Co. #, but not extension?

Hello! I'm hoping someone can help.. I have clients who use the Web Client religiously, and it's great! There's one small issue we run into when our clients are adding their "Personal Contacts" - there is no field to input an extension number. If we type it in the "other" field - it depletes it anyway. Is there a way to add a personal contact that has an extension (external) associated? Example: First Name: John / Last Name: Smith / Company: 555-555-5555 / EXT: XXX ?
