Most of HW Sip phones has option to change ring tone. my old Nokia has too. But it is hard to explain why software has not this option/feature.

OK - when? becouse it is FAQ from any client - why is not possible to change melody or change volume. it has marketing value (typical 3CX ringing) but this is not Iphone. Open office vs ringtone 3CX is hard to explain. 3CX ringtone in headset - it is good to have some work accident.

Most customers complain about the lack of difference between internal and external ringtones in the 3CX Desktop app.
It would be nice to have this feature.
