Hi All,
Looking for some help with this. I have followed the guides online and tried all the advice I have found in previous threads with little success. I am running 3CX V18 Enterprises on a Windows Server 2019 Virtual Machine on Proxmox behind a pfsense box as my router and firewall that has a static IP.

Here are my current settings are below:

Is the internal IP of your 3CX machine really 64.64.64.205?

This is going to cause so many issues. Use RFC1918 space for your internal IPs.

No, we use the an appropriate scheme, we are blinding our IP addresses.

The next issue is the Outbound NAT.
You have a /24 when it's supposed to be a /32 (you have the whole subnet not the specific IP) and you didn't enable static port.

These pfsense settings work for me.
By the way, I run a DIY "All in one router"
  • A mini PC (Topton i5 8265U 6 Lans, 256GB SSD, 16GB RAM).
  • Proxmox with a VM for each of
  • pfsense
  • 3CX
  • UniFi Network application
Well over powered for this use case but flexible.
