Phone appear twice (3cx SBC)

Hey,
I am trying to figure out a weird issue where a phone that is connected to a SBC appear twice in the 3CX phone list. It also display it's public ip.
Anyone had this happen? I'm looking for any hint as to why it happen.

Hi @Ppat,

I'd start with a factory reset. Try and provision it via the SBC and see if it happens again. If yes, can you provide a screenshot?
