Hello - we have an on-premise 3CX setup, we have a few very small remote offices with only 1 or 2 phones that are all connected via SBC running on Raspberry Pi.

Yesterday after a power cut at the remote site the phones there are not registering, however the SBC itself is connecting without issue. Does anyone have any insight into what might have happened/changed here?
The remote phones in question are a Fanvil X4 which is no longer showing in the phones list at all either, and a Yealink W60B Base Station with one handset attached. Everything was working fine until the power went out so the connection and all setting were previously good.

Including a quick screen grab of the SBC statistics.

Does the SBC have a static IP address? Depending on how long ago it was setup, the phone may be hardcoded to an old SBC IP address instead of the new method used.

If you factory reset the device, can you see it / reprovision it?

Thank you for the advice, it does look like that's what has happened here.
I was reluctant to do a reset because I don't have physical access to the site, and the people working there are not of a techy mindset, but I managed to work out the IP addresses for the phones and did a reset and lo and behold it re-appeared!

Thank you for your help - this installation is not in a network otherwise run by us so it's always a bit awkward to troubleshoot!

See if you can get them to make the SBC IP a reservation in DHCP so it won't change in the future.
