I have a customer who has recently imported 90K phone book entries into 3CX - until now, they haven't used the feature.
They're now complaining that when they transfer/attended transfer in the Windows App, typing in an internal user's name also brings back results for contacts in the phone book, meaning there's a potential to accidentally transfer a call to a 3rd party if a user wasn't paying attention. This behaviour seems to be standard, I've checked and our own 3CX setup does the same.
Anyone know if there's a setting to hide phone book entries from the search when transferring, or a flag to hide them somehow?
