Phone book not functioning over HTTPS link

Hi all

Have upgraded some client to V15 using OVH servers as per instructions. All working fine but Yealink T23G phones phone books wont load. Just says unable to download. I am refering to the default phone book which shows internal extensions.

I checked the phone book link on the phone and it works fine on my browser but i noticed its HTTPS. The phone has had trusted cert switched off and the same issue occurs.

I have temporarily redirected it to another none HTTP link and it works fine. Any ideas.

Yealink T23G 44.80.0.130 / did full factory and retried / even tried installing the cert manually on the phone. Same issue.

Hello there,

Are you on Linux or windows? Are the phones connected via STUN or SBC?
Did the phone provision normally without having to disable trusted certificates?
Are you using a 3CX FQDN or your own?

Linux on OVH via guide you guys posted on pre built server.
No i had to disable trusted certificates for it to provision
using 3CX FQDN
