is there a way to have phone book across phone system? 3cx t54w phones with out having to do each phone thanks rick

The 3CX phonebook should normally be downloaded, and available for all.

Yes, you can use the Company Phonebook under Advanced > Contacts.

The phones will only see what you put in the below 3 populated fields - nothing else:
