One of our clients reported that whenever they try to access or update their 3CX phonebook on their desk phones, they get an error message saying "Cannot Download Remote Phonebook!".
They are using Yealink T29Gs, which I understand are no longer supported so issues are bound to crop up, however, we are seeing the same issue on our phones.
We have some T29Gs, but we also have T46S and T54W phones here as well, and this feature does not seem to be working on any of them.
We only noticed this a few days ago when it was reported by one of our clients, so we do not know exactly how long this has not been working.
The phonebooks are pushed out via auto provision links.
Any help would be much appreciated.
