Phone calling themselves

Hello all,
I have upgrade my 3CX platform from version 15.5 windows to 3CX 18 on Debian. Now we are encountering most of our IP Phones often during the day calling themselves. each phone calls itself.
Im using Grandstream GXP1625 IP Phone with different firmware versions, but some with same version are wprking properly, others re not.
Really looking foward to get an assistance on resolving this issue.

1. Are the phones using custom templates?
2. What is the firmware the phone is using?

Thanks for the prompt response. Below are answers to your questions:
1- The phones are configured manually, no auto-provisioning.
2- Following firmware versions: 1.0.4.67; 1.0.4.82; 1.0.4.128; 1.0.4.138;
3- No i didnt. Ill have a look at your guide.

Make sure the phones are running the latest firmware and give them a factory reset and reprovision. Let me know if the issue continues.

Did you check the 3CX Activity Log to see if there is anything related to these calls?

Unfortunately, there are no logs in the system related to these events.

I had this same fault with some old Grandstream phones. After performing the incredibly tedious upgrade process and getting it to the version supported by 3CX and auto-provisioning them, the phantom calls went away.
