We have a 3CX phone system configured as a DR solution, to see how it works before swapping over. It's been fine, but we hit a bit of a problem last week - the Grandstream GPX1625 handsets all suddenly disabled their PC ports. Nobody had made any config changes, so it has been a bit of a mystery.

If I remove all of the 3CX information from a handset's config and restart, the port is enabled as is default.
I have done the above with a couple of phones before adding them back onto the system, and the port has stayed enabled on one.
If I change the port to enabled in the config, save, and reboot - it goes back to disabled.

The phone config in 3cx:

<!--
PC Port Mode. 0 - Enable, 1 - Disabled, 2 - Mirrored. Default is 0
--><!-- Number: 0, 1, 2 -->
<!-- Mandatory -->
<P1348>1</P1348>

We've never changed any template or config settings. Assuming we never find out why this suddenly changed; could anyone suggest a method of changing this setting for all of our handsets?

Ah yes; that would do it - our system states that it's version 16. Automatic updates!

I noticed an outstanding template update earlier, which I installed, but it hasn't corrected the issue on the handsets. Is there a way to push it out, or do I need to remove and add each phone?

Select the phones, and click on 'Reprovision' tab under Phones

If the phones where provisioned thru 3CX, the updates will get pushed out every 24hrs.

Note : this may restart your phones.

Alas that didn't work, but going into the phone, deleting the handset, and adding it back in did the job. Thank you for your help!
