Unsupported Phone displaying my own extension when receiving calls

Good day,

I am using 3CX with a Fanvil C62, and whenever I receive calls from outside (not within the company), it displays my own extension number instead of the Caller ID (ex. *440*). Any ideas to what the problem might be?
