Solved Phone dss keys, set one for accessing another mailbox

hi, i am new with the 3cx system and very impressed but there are a few things i cant work out.

our calls go through to a virtual ext if unanswered and we have to log into the exts voicemail manually by dialing 6666 then waiting for to press # the ext number followed by the access code then the # key.

I have tried to put this to a button however all i get is Temporarily unavailable on the phone when i try this.

Can anyone tell me how i can get this done?

Also is there anyway i can get a dss key to light up if i have any voicemails on the ext in question ?

I always create a second account on my phone that points to the virtual extension. This will cause your MWI to light up, and when pressing the voicemail button it will display both accounts and let you choose.
