FIRSTLY: it would have been useful if there was a phone field also in the chat box but there isn't apart from name an email.
SECONDLY: trigger function is also ideal to have in these chat boxes and this is something which you may need to look at.. Contact detail fields need to be filled before a chat can start.
THIRDLY: Chat widget should function in Mobile and desktop and should be compatible in Mozilla, Chrome and Edge browsers
