Phone gets registration failed

Hi,

We have approx. 40 extensions connected to hosted 3cx services. Every week I get issues where atleast 5 phones gets disconnected. Upon checking, found that the phone gets unregistered and it tries to register but fails. So I have to forcefully auto-provision to get it registered. It has become issue now and is a pain login to the phone and auto provision everytime.

Any solution for this issue please.

Are you using an SBC or router phones? What model phones?

It sounds like your SBC IP has changed and the phones disconnected most likely..

Reprovisioning them means that they will learn the new IP and reconnect, until this happens again.

Please add a DHCP reservation for your SBC or set it to static IP in order to avoid this issue.

I am using SBC with Static IP for the SBC machine. Phone model is Yealink T19_E2. Its not the same extension that gets disconnects. Every 2nd or 3rd day, a new extension gets disconnects.

Hi Steve, SBC is Windows and ya, it does meet the specs.
