Phone list - force refresh

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a weird issue - phones list in the "Phones" tab is not getting refreshed at all. I can see the old firmware displayed in the list and in RED, while in reality the phone is already upgraded with the latest firmware. This strange behaviour started recently, after the latest fw upgrade for Grandstream phones.

Everything is actually working fine (all phones are registered OK), however I would like not to see all the phones in red. Is there a way to manually refresh the phones list? Rebooting the phone does not help.

Funny, but newly added phones are displayed OK - with the correct fw and are not red.

I am running Linux 3CX distribution if that matters.

Have you logged into one of the phones, to see if the firmware has been updated ?

Yes. When logged on to phone's web interface, it is showing that the latest fw. However, this is not reflected on the "Phones" list. There is still the old fw shown. Like the list is not updating for those phones, but new phones are considered correctly.

Under Phones, does it show the correct firmware ?

The phone could be Red due to the password complexity, under Authentication
